In its business activities and communications, SIA “Easy Catering” uses the names “Angārs”, “Kvartāla Angārs”, “Tallinas kvartāla Angārs” and “Angārs koncertzāle” (collectively referred to as “Angārs”, “we” or “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the legal grounds on which we process it, the parties to whom it may be disclosed, how long it is retained and the rights available to data subjects.
Ticket sales on the Website are provided through an embedded module operated by SIA “Biļešu Serviss PLG”. “Biļešu Serviss” processes ticket-order and payment information as a separate data controller, as explained below.

Depending on how you use our Website and services, SIA “Easy Catering” may process:

reservation or event information;
your preferred event date, number of attendees, type of event, budget, required services and equipment;

cookie and advertising identifiers, where the relevant consent has been provided;
photographs and video recordings taken during events;
ticket, order or purchaser information received from “Biļešu Serviss” where SIA “Easy Catering” is the event organiser and the information is necessary to provide important event information, manage refunds or perform other event-related obligations.
Information entered directly into the “Biļešu Serviss” module may include contact details, ticket-order information, payment information, account information and other data required by “Biļešu Serviss”. This processing is governed by the “Biļešu Serviss” data-processing principles.
Please do not include sensitive personal data or other personal information that is unnecessary for the requested service in the comment fields of reservation or contact forms.
We process technical information to operate the Website, protect it against misuse, resolve technical issues and maintain the security of our information systems.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional Website.
If you submit an event reservation request or contact us, we use your data to respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer, clarify the event requirements and, where necessary, enter into or perform a contract.
The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract and our legitimate interest in providing customer service and retaining evidence of communications.
Ticket sales on the Website are provided by SIA “Biļešu Serviss PLG” through an embedded ticketing module or script.
Although the module is displayed within www.kvartalaangars.lv, personal data entered during the ticket-order process is transmitted directly to the “Biļešu Serviss” system.
As a separate data controller, SIA “Biļešu Serviss PLG” processes the purchaser’s data and provides:
technical processing of the ticket order;
payment processing;
order confirmation;
ticket issuance and delivery;
administration of the ticket and customer account;
customer support relating to the order, payment and ticket delivery.
SIA “Easy Catering” does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or security codes.
“Biļešu Serviss” may provide SIA “Easy Catering” or another event organiser with personal data necessary to:
provide important information about the event;
organise ticket exchanges or refunds;
verify or administer admission to the event;
respond to customer requests;
perform other obligations relating to the event.
Where SIA “Easy Catering” receives ticket-purchaser information as the event organiser, the legal bases for processing are performance of the event contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where applicable, our legitimate interests in providing customer support and protecting our legal interests.

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we use your email address to send information about events, ticket presales, news and special offers.
The legal basis is your consent. Providing consent is optional, and choosing not to provide it does not affect your ability to purchase tickets or use our other services.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting elina@kvartalaangars.lv.
Purchasing a ticket through “Biļešu Serviss” does not automatically subscribe you to the Angārs newsletter.
With your consent, we may use Google and Meta technologies to analyse Website usage, measure advertising performance and create advertising audiences.

Photography and filming may take place during public events. These materials may be used to document the event and inform the public about Angārs activities on our Website and social-media channels.
Our legitimate interest in documenting and promoting events may constitute the legal basis for processing wide-angle images and materials depicting the general atmosphere of an event.
Where necessary, separate consent will be requested for individual portraits, interviews or promotional materials in which a specific person is the primary subject.
If another event organiser carries out the photography or filming, that organiser may be separately responsible for the related processing.
If you do not wish to appear in published materials controlled by SIA “Easy Catering”, please contact us. Each request will be assessed individually.
We primarily obtain personal data:
directly from you when you complete a form or contact us;
from SIA “Biļešu Serviss PLG” where we are the relevant event organiser and require the information for an event-related purpose;
from other event organisers or service providers where there is a valid legal basis;
automatically from your device when you visit the Website;
from cookie, analytics and advertising providers where consent has been provided;
from materials obtained during event photography or filming.
Personal data may be disclosed only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose, including to:
Website hosting, maintenance and security providers;
email and newsletter distribution providers;
SIA “Biļešu Serviss PLG” where you use the embedded ticketing module;
the organiser responsible for the event for which a ticket was purchased;
payment providers and credit institutions used by “Biļešu Serviss”;

Where applicable, such transfers are made on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or another safeguard recognised under the General Data Protection Regulation, such as the European Commission’s approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

SIA “Easy Catering” retains personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose:
a newsletter subscriber’s email address is retained until consent is withdrawn;
evidence of consent may be retained after unsubscribing for as long as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
reservation-request data is retained until the request has been processed and for a reasonable period after communications have ended;
where a contract is entered into, related data is retained for the duration of the contract and subsequently for the periods required by accounting law and applicable limitation periods;
ticket-purchaser information received from “Biļešu Serviss” is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the event, provide important information, process claims or refunds and comply with legal obligations;
technical security logs are retained only for as long as necessary to detect and investigate security incidents;
cookie retention periods are specified in the cookie-preference window;
photographs and videos are retained for as long as they are needed for event documentation and communications or until a justified deletion request is fulfilled.
“Biļešu Serviss” determines its own retention periods for personal data processed in connection with its ticketing services.
At the end of the applicable retention period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised unless further retention is required by law.
Under applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to:
receive information about the processing of your personal data;
request access to your personal data;
request the correction of inaccurate personal data;
request deletion in certain circumstances;
request restriction of processing;
object to processing based on legitimate interests;
object to direct marketing at any time;
withdraw previously provided consent;
receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format in certain circumstances;
lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
